League of Legends continues to grow in Africa, with more communities springing up in different parts of the continent.

The activities of such communities in the northern part of Africa has not gone un-noticed. This has caught the attention of esports organizations such as the Moroccan Esports Association (MESA).

With a goal to develop the league of legends communities in north Africa further, MESA will be hosting a North African Invitational.

The primary aim is to identify existing teams and give new teams in the region an opportunity to all come together and compete in a league format.

The North African Invitational will take place on the Saturday, 23rd through to Monday 25th of May 2020 and will be streamed on the MESA twitch channel.
