After a successful season 1, Nigerian Kucheza Gaming in partnership with Mettlestate returns for a second season for School Esports League.
Kucheza gaming focuses on esports for elementary and high school kids in Nigeria from ages 6-18, and run 2 league seasons every school year.
For season 2, Kucheza gaming will be kicking off with Fortnite Cup 2. Registration has closed and the tournament has kids already battling it out for the champion spot.
The Fortnite cup 2 which started February 19th will run till April 2nd and registered kids will compete every Friday, from 18:00pm WAT to 20:00 WAT.
Speaking to the CEO of Kucheza Gaming, Bukola Akingbade, she had this to say about the Forntie Cup 2:
“Over the years, video gaming has proven to be more than a recreational activity. It’s a great way for kids and teens to develop decision making, problem solving, hand-eye coordination and teamwork skills. Fortnite nudges kids to practice teamwork, collaboration, strategic thinking, spatial understanding, and imagination.”
