NODWIN GAMING CONCLUDES UMZANSI ESPORTS LEAGUE SEASON 1

On October 10, 2020, the very first edition of the Umzansi Esports League by
NODWIN Gaming that went live on 24th July 2020 concluded with a bang on 5th October.

Across 4 esports titles – CS:GO, FIFA20, PUBG MOBILE and Tekken 7, Africa’s top
gamers competed for USD 30K prize pool .

Season 1 of the Umzansi Esports League saw 8 teams/players from FIFA20, Tekken 7 and
CS:GO and 32 PUBGM squads from the Inkosi Super Cup fight their way up in a 10-week long
league phase. 4 teams/players in CS:GO, FIFA20 and Tekken 7 respectively and 16 top squads
in PUBG MOBILE advanced to the Grand Finals.

The winners are:
Tekken 7 – Callym Beukes
FIFA 20 – Unfaizdd
CS:GO – ATK
PUBGM – Godsent

“The conclusion of the season finale of Umzansi confirmed that it has become South Africa’s
premier esports property. Season 2 is coming soon and we’ll be leaving no stones unturned in
bringing a bigger and better tournament for our players and the fans. Cheers to the first
