The Nigerian Esports Federation (NESF) is thrilled to announce the commencement of official qualifiers for the highly anticipated World Esports Championships, slated to unfold in Riyadh. The NESF invites Nigeria’s top esports talents to register and compete across various gaming categories, including Counterstrike 2 (Male and Female divisions), Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, PUBG Mobile, and eFootball.
The objective of these qualifiers is to identify and assemble the most exceptional Nigerian players and teams, poised to represent the nation on the global esports stage. Winners of the national qualifiers will progress to the offline Regional African Qualifiers in Casablanca, Morocco, before advancing to the grand finale in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
As the esports landscape in Nigeria undergoes exponential growth, the NESF remains steadfast in its commitment to nurturing talent and providing a prominent platform for players to demonstrate their prowess.
Qualification Details:
- Registration Period: March 11, 2024, to March 17, 2024
- Qualifiers Schedule: March 29, 2024, to April 12, 2024
- Venue: To be announced
- Eligibility: Open to all Nigerian residents meeting the age and criteria stipulated for each game.
